When and how to request a review of an EnoughEdu digital purchase.

Eligible review cases
Duplicate charges, a verified successful payment that did not activate access, or a material technical failure that EnoughEdu cannot resolve may be reviewed when reported within seven days of payment.
Normally non-refundable
Digital access already delivered or substantially used, change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to cancel use, or an external resource removed after successful access is normally non-refundable, subject to applicable Indian law.
How to request a review
Email info@enoughedu.in from the account email. Include the EnoughEdu order number, payment date, amount and a clear explanation. Never include a card number, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP.
Review and outcome
EnoughEdu will verify the order and access logs. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and bank processing times may apply.
